3. Diagnosis: Approximately four appointments to get to know each other
- In this phase, many questions are asked . and tests are carried out to determine the current problem, what it was like in the past and what it should be like in the future . The possible course of therapy is also explained.
4. Application to the health insurance provider
- At the end of the assessment, a decision is made about psychotherapy and, if necessary,. an application for psychotherapy is made.
5. Psychotherapy sessions
- After the health insurance provider has approved psychotherapy, therapy begins with regular weekly appointments lasting 50 minutes. Therapy can last up to a year.
